I am on to week 3 of my meal prep, tried to add a little bit of protein.
Breakfast(same)
Oats and egg whites
Meal 2
Tuna fish with cucumber slices
1 HB egg
Meal 3
4 oz chicken
1/2 cup sweet potatoes
1/2 cup broccoli
Meal 4
Protein shake
Apple
Meal 5
4 oz ground turkey
Green beans
This week(as I do daily anyways) I am joining my friends with a 21 day / 1 gallon a day of water! So good for you, so drink up!!!
